"Exceptional"

The room was comfy ,balcony was nice to sit out and enjoy the view ,would stay here again

Only thing I didn't like was that kitchen was closed ,but it wasn't a big issue

We didn't stay at this hotel. I tried numerous times to call on the phone, and there was no answer. If I had known ahead of time that the information was wrong about the location from the Harwich International Port I definitely would not have booked. On the website it said it was 1.1 mile from port. This is true if you are a bird. Humans have to take the long way around by road. I have had trouble getting my money back and I definitely will not be recommending this hotel to anyone that is taking the ferry from Harwich International Port.
