Staff were very hospitable and professional. The hotel is in a great location near major attractions and good restaurants. They have reserved, on-street parking. Hotel is very clean and they were nice enough to upgrade our room.

The breakfast was mediocre and could have used better coffee options. Room was okay. Due to room design the AC doesn’t cool down the bed area. There’s no elevator and we were in the 4th floor. Normally not a big deal, but we happened to have very large, heavy suitcases.
