Another guest pretended to be me and called for medical assistance, staff walked into room without knocking past midnight, next night false fire alarm again past midnight, once i checked in reception ignored me and served other people. I ask for a refund still waiting

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was fairly clean.

The room smelled of cigarettes and dogs. I opened the windows to help with it but it didn’t work. The smell was very unpleasant to me as I don’t smoke and don’t have pets.

The staff was very nice and polite.

The food, the loud noises and there was no kettle in the room to heat up water for my baby had to ask one of the staffs, the tv didn’t work and no bins

We like Location, Area . Free Parking and near City activities.

Cleaning, No dust bin in room , No Toilet brush in Toilet, No bath gel , Shower gel or Soap in the bathroom and No cloth hanging facilities in bathroom for clothes and towels, and No shelves to keep Toiletries and No Electric points in Toilet to use Electric shavers or hair dryer. Carpet all around the hotel are Not clean.
