The only good thing about the hotel is that there was a bus stop 2 minutes away so very convenient to reach Birmingham city centre as well as a brand new heater There was a near empty toilet roll and when I asked for a new one nobody came for the full 3 days of my stay. There was no bin for the room, a tv but not remote and the wifi password was not working

La grandeur de l'établissement

La vétusté des locaux, mérite un petit coup de neuf , compléter l'équipement salle de bain(porte (serviette, tablette au dessus évier , porte flacon dans la douche, fenêtres ne ferment pas. Et vmc ne fonctionne pas dans la salle de bain) Moquette de la chambre n'est pas nettoyée. Il serait possible de mettre le drap du dessous en drap housse..

the room itself had a window stuck open, and the bathroom reaked of mold, and I could somewhat hear the music from the bar below us when we were trying to sleep

Nothing.

No remote control for the TV for first night stay, and 3 singles instead of a double and single which I specifically booked. Very noisy, sirens at all hours.
