The Hotel was clean. All around. The pool was wonderful, our kids really enjoyed it. The staff was helpful, mostly David at the front desk. He was very attentive and kind. The hotel is also located in a good area with all the stores you want and need near by.

"Best in Oakridge"

Rooms were well kept, cean and spacios. Grounds are well kept with some beautiful roses outside the window. The experience was enhanced by the helpful professional help by David and Holly, who went out of their way to be accommodating. They made our stay exceptional.

"Awesome customer service"

This is a regular stay when we are visiting family. While making reservations for this trip there was a rate increase I inquired about. Spoke with Rob who was very informative as to the visit increase which I was appreciative of. Upon arrival I also spoke with David regarding this conversation and he was also very gracious in explaining the situation. Each of these gentleman are an asset as their customer service is impeccable.
