Reception asked for a credit card, wanted it for in case i smoked in room, i do not smoke, or in case i had a dog. I travelled 320 miles , i dont own a dog or take a dog on a business trip. Refused to allow them to swipe credit. Asked for a paid invoice produced a profoma invoice. Had to explain proforma invoice not valid to hmrc. They had to do a written invoice under duress. Then i asked what time breakfast, told 9.30 am. This was not on booking. com written booking. This is an absolute con so they do not have to provide a cooked breakfast. All reception referred to was there website. I did not book through there website, no offer of refund for breakfast. piss poor service. Sink in bedroom very small could not fill kettle had to use a glass to fill kettle. Although the bedroom had double glazing the road noise was there all night worse case of little sleep to traffic noise. Best to give this a miss if you are a business user as you will be disappointed

Great food and service ! Recommend you to go with the family. Lots of room and the atmosphere is very positive. Not too noisy too

Lovely place , clean and tidy throughout .warm bedrooms with towels provided along with complimentary soap and shampoo .staff are very helpful ,easy acsess at all times .Breakfast is definitely worth having .
