1，酒店被子很潮，盖着很不舒服，我后面换了一家，人家的被子都是干爽的 2，露天的浴室，屋顶是斜的，导致把雨水全部引到马桶上面，下雨的时候洗澡和上厕所都要打伞 3，其实并没有海景房，海景在马路对面的餐厅里 4，没有热水

The place is very cute, it has aircon, big bed, amazing pool, you can rent scooters there and transport. The staff is very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The location and the hotel has a nice pool. The bungalows are spacious.

The bedlinen and curtains in the bungalow were quite dated and didn’t look very clean (some stains/old blood). The breakfast was a major disappointment. Although it was included (for an extra charge) and I was told it would be available from 8:30am (already quite late I would say) at SunBreeze (nice place + food is good there though), the restaurant was closed at that time and only opened at 10:00am due to staff shortages, they told me first the day later. Breakfast at 10:00am is unacceptable, and making false promises it’s even worse to me. Communication via chat was poor and lacked understanding. I would have been better off not booking the breakfast option, it would have saved me many irritations at least.

Owner dan stafnya ramah,welcome juga. Fasilitas hotel lengkap water heater ,shower berfungsi dengan baik. Bersih kamar luas..breakfast view pantai dan gunung. Kolam renang bersih, recomended untuk anak anak.

La limpieza estaba bien pero el mantenimiento se veía justo. Era temporada baja también, pero es cierto que no volvería. Hay mejores opciones en la isla.

The staff at the property were very helpful, they have bike rentals at the property with reasonable prices which is really handy. The beds were comfy and the bathroom/bedroom were mostly clean.

The door doesn’t close properly to the bedroom so you get a few ants/bugs coming in. An addition of a mosquito net for the bed would have helped with this.

和老闆的家人同住，很親切！烏布的民宅跟寺廟長得一樣，很像住在寺廟裡，很酷！早餐好吃，老闆會說英文和西班牙文。隔壁的按摩店很讚，推！
