Location was good. Breakfast was nice but limited. Staff were really friendly.

Definitely not the 4 star accommodation it’s advertised as. Very basic. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Most of the facilities listed either don’t exist or are in the shops down the street. Would have been acceptable if it was listed as 1-2 stars then we wouldn’t have had any expectation. Only lasted one night before we moved somewhere else. Organised a taxi through them to pick us up from the ferry and then reconfirmed that morning and they still forgot.

On arrival there was no one to be found to book us in. Eventually found young lad sweeping the car park, he said room wasn't ready but would do it now. Waited an hour for room to be ready. Room was basic and not really clean. The room smelt, there had been a lot of rain but it wasn't just a damp smell, they had hung an air fresher from the air con unit. We asked to be moved and complained about the smell, we were offered a can of air freshener. There were holes & stains in the bed sheets. I suffer from a cough we stayed one night and left early the next morning. We found a lovely place to stay just along the road and it was a cheaper price. I would NEVER reccomend this place

nice pool, good location, simple but perfect accomodation

staff was flexible enough to change rooms; decent priced scooter rental available; quiet surroundings; small pool to refresh; a few good restaurants in walking distance

when we checked into the room it was dirty; there was also no cleaning or housekeeping on a three night stay; even when I asked whether a trash outside could be emptied because there were tons of ants nothing happened; bed sheets and linen as well as towels were super stained and we felt very uncomfortable so that we used our own stuff wherever we could; breakfast was nothing special and rather simple; location is quite far from all hotspots, definitely need a scooter to get around; no beach nearby, if you are lucky you get a little bit of sand to sit down at low tide

the accommodation is ok for the price, it is simple, but they are very disorganized, we arrived and they told us that we had to change hotels, after talking for a while they said that the problem had been solved and we could stay. I didn't use the pool but it looks like it has a lot of chlorine, and I don't think it's cleaned regularly(was a crab inside the pool). the place it’s closed from restaurants and the Harbour. you can pay a taxi bike from the Harbour to here for 20.000rph.

Price. Friendly, helpful staff.

Annoying electricity problems and not drying paddle in bathroom.
