There are chickens that are pretty, but so loud throughout the night.

This place is a literal scam. No beach access. No kitchen/utilities. Bed sheets had stains and had BLOOD on them. The rooms were not clean and had used soap bars in the bathroom with hair all over it. Bugs everywhere. Walls super thin so you can hear everything so throughout the night you can hear dogs fighting, people doing the dirty, and chickens. Unsanitary and disgusting.

The property was horribly falsely advertised. To start there was not a private beach area. We were not given our room key when we checked in. After checking in, there was a dog who went into our room and when we attempted to get it out it yelped and bit my food even though I was not near the dog. The night we stayed there, we heard dogs fighting constantly from 10pm - around 11pm. The next morning there was more dogs fighting outside the room. The dog who bit my food was barely walking and trying to get to another room at the property. All of the sheets were stained, there was no soap for the shower or the sink. The walls were quite thin and we were able to hear everything the entire night. There was not a kitchen, and the only pool was outdoors. Do not recommend you stay here.

Close walk to beach access and a couple of restaurants (eg Secret Penida)

No shower wash or toilet paper in bathroom. Had to ask staff to replenish these. Rooms not cleaned or beds made by housekeeping. We had to but insect repellant to get rid of the mosquitoes inside the room.

We didn’t like anything about the property

We arrived 2 hours after the check-in time, they did not expect us. They said they need to clean the room first, 10 minutes later the cleaning was done…not very thorough I guess By that time we decided to book another hotel, the property was in bad shape, not as the pictures suggested, there were trash laying around in the garden, the open kitchen was dirty and rats were running around. We do not recommend the place

Central location on the island, the pool was nice and the staff did everything they could to make our stay somewhat possible

Geckos everywhere in the room from small to huge, and you can actually hear an animal walking on the ceiling, other reviews say they encountered rats on the premise. One couple decided to stay somewhere else even if they paid here also. The bathroom is from ancient times, extremely bad condition. We weren’t brave enough to try the included breakfast
