Nata Ubud

Breakfast was lovely and a wonderful added bonus. Traffic is crazy in Ubud, so this place is a wee way off the main track.

Pillows were very thin and lumpy so I ended up with a sore neck sleeping on them.

Staff were excellent, breakfast was great. Lots of dining options nearby. Rooms were of a good size

The room was very smelly , we suspect damp as the major cause , no ventilation for the bathroom

The room smells moldy, the curtains, walls, and ceiling are all moldy, but that's understandable given the high humidity and poor ventilation. They should look for a mold preventative chemical. Also, the bedroom door doesn't close properly.

Nothing! It was damp, dank, mouldy and filthy.

It was dank, damp, mouldy and filthy. There was plasters falling off the walls, damp and mouldy patches everywhere. Broken glass jar on the cupboard. Stained bedding. Mouldy pillows and bedding. The whole property was damp and filthy. The pool water was cloudy with algae and the terrace and surrounding seating areas were all dirty and damp. The kitchen was filthy and there were also rooms where it was clear that water ingress had led to ceilings falling down. This property is not fit for purpose.
