My room was down stairs from street level which meant it was quiet, protected from the bikes/car street noise. Staff are terrific, friendly and kind. Large room, comfy bed, room cleaned everyday. Enjoyed the breakfast every morning - fresh fruit, Indo and American options; the nasi goreng was my favorite. As a solo traveler i felt very safe, welcomed and at home. It is about 10mins from Ubud center by scooter/car; i walked down a couple of times, maybe 30mins. I did get a scooter which was fantastic to get around easily. I chose Nata for its proximity to The School Of Unified Healing and Pyramids Of Chi where i was going to classes and healing experiences.

Otel oda duvarları küflüydü ve rutubet kokuyor. Eşim ve benim soluk alma konusunda zorlandık. Sağlıksal olarak sorun yaşanacağı kesin. Süit oda aldık ancak kalamayacağımızı söyledik, başka oda ya da para iadesi istedik. Ancak odada sorun olmadığını söyleyip bookingle muhatap olun dediler. Booking canlı destek hattı ve mail olarak yazı yazdık ancak onlar bile 48 saat geçmesine rağmen geri dönüş yapmadılar. Parasını ödediğimiz otelin hiçbir hizmetinden faydalanmadan kaçmak zorunda kaldık. Sağlığınızı düşünüyorsanız böyle bir otelde kalmanızı tavsiye etmiyorum. Otelin yaklaşım tarzından da ayrıca şikayetçiyim.
