When we came to the hotel they told us that they are overbooked and they don't have a room for us, that they have sent us an e mail saying that. I haven't received it and didn't want to accept the situation. I asked them to resolve the situation since it's not my foult their sistem doesn't work. After some time they came up with a solution and gave us our booked room.

I liked the friendly staff, amazing food downstairs and great iced coffees.

Bed was slightly hard but didn’t cause any real problems.

The room was really spacious. Huge and really comfortable bed. A lot of wall sockets to charge up your devices, mini fridge with water bottles inside, kettle with tea and coffee, safe box, working AC, TV and also amenities in the bathroom. For those who smoke there is a balcony. Perfect location for those looking to have a beach near their stay.

Paper thin door so if there is a noise in the hall you can hear it. Also small troubles with the plumbing system because you can hear a tap sucking the air inside and sometimes it ends up without a water in the tap for few minutes. What is more there is a restaurant connected to the hotel reception which is quite busy during evening hours. For those who don't like walking on the stairs there isn't a elevator. View from the balcony wasn't very pleasant but didn't bother me that much. Be aware of the fee that you need to leave for the keys in case you are going to lose them, which is (at least for now) 1000 bhats.

Small but beautiful rooms with good design and quality of finishing materials. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. The staff is immediately helpful in helping you move in. Downstairs is a good restaurant with good staff.

The windows face the neighboring building of another hotel. If you keep the curtains open, you will always be in full view of the people moving along the corridors. Not all rooms are like this.
