It's location for me is perfect. Stayed here a few times now . The restaurant is fabulous

A few minor problems this time to be honest. The air con needed fixing (was attended too) . Shower hoses leaking but only when turned on . Good idea to get the maids to check that function .

The place is at a posh area of the city. Mostly you will find a European or American or Australian community, so in that case the decency of the area is quite an impressive one. Staff is very fantastic and very very supportive and has a very good understanding.

The bathroom tab was mostly out of order and only on the first day we got a hot water shower. Rest everything is up to the mark.

The steps up to the room

No water. Feaceas in the bathroom. So much mold, you can't see the floor. Bed linen so dirty, I wouldn't let a Soi dog sleep there. Discussing place. Used to be good, something went really wrong. Avoid at all cost now.

Clean and nice room, great value for the money. Friendly staff, and very good pizza in the restaurant downstairs.

Many times we didn't have water in the bathroom, and couldn't shower when we wanted. That may have been a short term problem when we was there, but was the only negative experience we had.

Best Italian restaurant in Thailand, very tasty Pizza and very tasty Carbonara I really can recommend the food here

Didn't mention stairs to rooms,no fire escape,broken toilet seat staff didn't care,balcony a bio hazard with bird faeces everywhere. Very noisy ,no pass for security door only guard checked out early no refund even though unhappy. Would not recommend on my experience.
