Good variety with breakfast items, comfortable room, friendly front desk workers under stress

Organization -- Very poor with check in due to managerial decisions and lack of cleaners for rooms. Super long wait trying to find clean and ready rooms, and a long line up. Don't know if everyone got a room. Managerial issues/rigidities trickle down and impact workers, then even customers

"Stressful and frustrating due to going out to my vehicle to check on my puppy."

The bed was comfortable and clean . The first floor was beautifully clean and decorated. But that’s it!

The lobby is the only nice part of this hotel. The rooms have old, smelly carpets and broken AC units. I was charged a $100 fee despite their "no pet" policy, and the hallways were loud and unkept. The entrance also smelled strongly of marijuana. Very disappointing experience for the price.

Staff was lazy. The rooms was half cleaned. The hallways was nasty carpets needed vacuumed floors needed mopped
