Belgrade Plaza Serviced Apartments

The location

The apartment had a really bad smell for the 3 nights I was there as though it was ingrained in every corner of the apartment. Leaving all 3 windows open all day made no difference; the smell was as strong when I left as it was on arrival. The tableware was the most basic I have ever experienced; there were 2 dinner plates and no other crockery; 2 pieces of cutlery and 2 glasses. As a woman travelling alone I felt very vulnerable. The front door of the building does have security features but I only met 1 member of staff in 3 days. Most of the time the front desk was unmanned.

The apartment was as displayed on the pictures and location was perfect in the city centre

The apartment was very dusty which made my psoriasis very itchy and uncomfortable to stay in the apartment had to check out early

The flat was in a great location, it was clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable.Two bathrooms were definitely a bonus. The reception staff were extremely helpful and politer. It was a perfect flat for an overnight stay in the city.

Tiny nigglr - for 4 os us there were only 5 sachets of long life milk, and 4 of them were out of date! We went out for breakfast so it wasn't the end of the world, but a cuppa before we left would have been nice!

Only a short taxi ride to the Building Society Arena.

Beds were very uncomfortable!

Location was brilliant although a little tricky to find. Loved that there was tea and coffee available

It was very hot overnight.

We stayed here as a group of four ladies attending a concert at the Coventry Arena. The location is great the apartment is right in the centre of Coventry, and it took around 10 minutes by taxi to get to the arena. After the concert we walked back towards the city for about half an hour before grabbing a taxi, which cost roughly £10 each way. The apartment itself is basic but functional. It has everything you need for a short stay, but it is student accommodation, so don’t expect luxury. For us, it was perfectly fine as a place to rest our heads, and the price reflects that. If you’re looking for somewhere affordable, central, and convenient for events, it does the job.

It’s student housing, so the overall feel is plain and functional rather than cosy. A bit worn in places as expected with student style flats, some areas feel a little tired. Maybe not ideal for long stays but perfectly fine for a night or two - No atmosphere — it’s practical rather than homely, so don’t expect a hotel vibe.
