Great location

This little bed-and-breakfast was immaculate, beautifully renovated bathroom and the bed was so comfy. It was quiet and peaceful, and the staff was super friendly super easy to check in and check out and just literally walk right into town loved having the bikes on the porch that we were able to take to the beach about a 10 minute bike ride.

There is an actually a main room or a breakfast nook. There is a restaurant right next-door, but we should had a little bit more of a main room for lounging or even meet other guests.

The location since we were attending the Rosé Soiree. That's it!

Nobody at the entrance. We had to call several times. There was a little table by the restaurant side but nobody was there, even though we called. Nobody at the main entrance and...it was Memorial Day Weekend. A woman finally came and asked me for my ID and credit card. I thought it was only for security purposes. They charged my card again, even though I had already payed January 23 through Booking.com. When I called to asked them why I was charged again, the manager, I think his name is Zach Erden; he did not introduce himself, told me that they never charged me twice and: " You are repeating yourself, call Booking.com " in a very patronizing manner. Of course I called Booking.com and they called Zach and ...a few minutes later Zach texted me( he did not call me) stating We found the mistake "Your money will be refunded. He caused the problem. My husband saw an ant on the shower door. unsanitary. We've been to a lot of hotels and we've never found one where there isn't a receptionist to welcome the guests. VERY UMPROFESSIONALLY RUN HOTEL.

owner was great.the room was beautiful.the location was amazing.Ill definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

We think they should maintain the property with more care and attention

Bed sheets were ripped up both sheets and comforter. Front desk staff was a little hard to speak to.

Place was great! Love the area and place was also very clean and quiet. Great stay and would definitely come back.

Our stay was spectacular!

We were told to check in at a restaurant that was closed, but we decided to try going in the house and there was a small reception deal and a number to call. The host answered immediately and we were quickly taken to our room. The room was very inviting, clean, and elegant. My only complaint is the bathroom was freezing cold! A small space heater in NY in February would have made all the difference! The room had a great heating system, but leaving the bathroom door wide open all the time let in a lot of light in the early morning, and didn’t really help with the temperature inside the bathroom.
