"Good"

No one to check us in, paper thin walls with psychotic neighbors, sheets had dozens of holes in them, NO bars, cafes, or restaurants open, parking lot a sheet of ice & a death trap to get to rhe front door, super steep & narrow stairs up to room. Woest stay of my life & I travel a LOT!

The location is perfect. On-site free parking. Exceptionally clean. The owner even helped me with my luggage at check in. Very friendly and helpful. The decor was beautiful too!

The location is great for walking around downtown. Close to shops, restaurants and a quick drive to the beach. I came here off season and it was chilly but during the summer you could easily ride a bike over to the beach. The room was clean, comfortable and very Hamptons feeling. Parking on site which was nice and I highly recommend the coffee shop on the corner. During the summer sitting on the big front porch would be nice. The water in the shower was a bit tricky to get the right temp but I loved the soaps. Definitely would stay here again.

Our room was clean and cozy. The location is great - easy to walk into town. Not great if you need it to be accessible - lots of stairs and no elevator. There isn’t a lobby - it is a converted house. I would definitely stay there again.

Was there for a wedding. Its location was within walking distance to the ceremony and reception.

Room was not exactly as advertised. Parking area not well lit. No formal reception. No one on site at all times. Had to call for assistance on something at 1:30 p.m. and then had to wait until they arrived on site. Not worth the $ charged.

The property was nice but many of the details were not up to par for this price point. Bathroom door handle was loose. Shower handle was falling off. Hot water only worked on cold setting. It was just ok.

I love Harpoon. It’s such an easy way to stay in Southampton. It’s only 2 mins away from the main street. I would always come back
