Location, rooms are spacious

No breakfast is being served, even though the reservations says so. While the receptionist was friendly, most of the time nobody is at the reception, so you can't ask question. You hear every step of your neighbors above. The whole thing feels a bit improvised.

Clean friendly and awesome location

Great staff. Not handicap accessible. Lots of steps which may not be ideal for those with joint problems.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, I very much enjoy my stays here. The location is perfect. The owner and staff are very gracious.

Bed was noisy and loud so I woke up time moved. Please check the room fridge works before guests arrive.

Even though I was on expenses, hotels in Southampton are ridiculously expensive in-season. What-the-market-will-bear, etc., but still... Otherwise, charming, comfortable, with a good shower. Very friendly and helpful guy at the desk. Tiny kvetches: No cream (powdered would have been acceptable) in the room with the coffeemaker, and no coffee made in the lobby (could have used some for an early morning departure). Given what's available in So. Hampton in August, a good choice.

Although difficult to find, the location was very central. Room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Celine on the desk was helpful and friendly. A great two night stay.
