"THE HOTEL DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUEST SAFETY."

The hotel doesn’t care about their guest safety! They keep the elevator in operation even they know that their something wrong with the elevator. Guests keep reporting but they just ignoring it. The elevator just jumping and skipping floors and it scary and its not SAFE! I reported it but the front desk said that they reported it to the management but they still let it use to of all the guest! What if something happened bad? The hotel should do something seriously about this!
