The reception staff are friendly. The breakfast is varied.

The elevator does not always work, so we had to use the stairs. We booked a room for two adults and two children (12 and 16 years old), as indicated. Only two sets of towels were provided. The ventilation in the room is poor. The windows do not open at all. The air had a bad smell. The air conditioner, which is stated in the description, is dusty and unusable. Our experience was not very good.

Location very convenient, clean place, good amenities and very friendly staff. Price decent.

Washroom a bit small, AC wasn't working at its best. Overall, decent experience.

It is in a really good location. The rooms were satisfactorily clean. The staff were really kind, professional and responsive. Always available to help and provide solutions within their ability.

I must say it is living in its past glory. The facilities are run down. The lift kept malfunctioning (everyday and yet the maintainance team were aware) and the swimming pool was out on maintainance the whole week I was there. The gym was not clean, the floor carpets in the hotel were not clean (when you open the lift a smell hit me on the floor).
