The room and all the property was nicely cleaned. There are some good restaurants and cafés in the village just five minutes to walk and it’s just two kilometres to an amazing beaches!

The silicone inside and outside the shower was mould and black !!! Come on, how much it a tube of silicone ? Eight euro ?

Location was ideal for the beautiful beaches of this coastline - approx 5 mins by car. The house was adjacent to a field and backing onto sandy pine woods - ideal territory for dog walking. There was also a lovely coffee shop with excellent pastries within the village and a couple of restaurants worth checking out for a Portuguese lunch. We appreciated greatly the upgrade to the family room with terrace given that we had a dog with us. I have no idea how we would have fitted into the smaller twin room otherwise. Sharing a bathroom with two other guests required a change in mindset but worked out fine. Our host offered us a late checkout which also proved to be a great help.

After the first day, and a wifi reset? change in passwords we had a non-existent internet connection for the rest of our stay which unfortunately made communications with our host via international roaming data an unexpected cost. Our host tried to fix it repeatedly and was immensely apologetic but despite being able to connect to a wifi booster there was still no actual internet. We gave up in the end on day three and it was a good reminder not to be so dependent upon technology. Also not a big fan of safe keys and codes - this didn't go smoothly for us and we were without a key for the first day. Thankfully, it's a quiet village and our other house guests were respectful.

Super location. Friendly staff and a super well equipped kitchen. Nice hot shower as well. Had the big room with the balcony which was nice to sit out and watch the world go by.

Only one bathroom, but it wasn't busy so no problems.

The place is very near to the beach, which is spectacular. The place accepts dogs. The place is enclosed, so our dogs could run freely. This is highly appreciated. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Very clean. It has an equipped kitchen with everything one needs. Parking is possible. We had the house for ourselves and it was very quiet at night. The arrival instructions were easy to follow and although we didn’t have the need to ask for a check-in time extension, it was offered in case we couldn’t get out of Lisbon in time due to traffic and roadworks. All excellent.
