Hyatt Regency Guam

Staying at Hyatt Regency was an extraordinary experience! It left me wanting to stay longer, honestly. To put it in perspective, I stayed at Hyatt for only 2 nights because I was celebrating my birthday. The hospitality the staff should me was top class and amazing, and the rooms were absolutely wonderful. I also received cake for my birthday already prepped in my room, so I wanted to thank you guys for that as well. But one of the best experiences that I went through in my stay at Hyatt was within the restaurant, Café Kitchen. The food was delicious and fulfilling; I loved the variety of choices they offer during their breakfast buffet. But I also loved the top tier customer service the waiters and staff gave to me during my time of eating. Specifically from the employees: Russ and Jan, they were super friendly to me everytime I entered the facility with my significant other. And Jan even remembered to give me two cups of warm milk the second time I visited the restaurant :) I was also surprised by the fact that everyone came over to sing me happy birthday and gave me another cake; the way they sang was super enthusiastic and fun, it made me really happy to have spent my time here for a special occasion. Hyatt Regency is an amazing resort to stay in. And if I had the choice to stay longer or come back, I would 100% do so! - Cassi ♡

Good location and environment. Friendly staffs. Reliable free Wi-Fi in room and lobby never failed. Swimming pool open at 9:00 a.m. seems to be a little bit late!

This hotel is a gem!! I had the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. It has delicacies from Japan, Korea, China, and the US. And, the Japanese lunch/buffet was also fantastic with high quality ingredients. I also really liked the knee-deep bay where you can go snorkeling among the coral reefs.

Amazing attention to detail from Jennifer (Housekeeping), Bonny Duenas (House Keeping) and Sophia Chu Wigsten (General Manager) on making my daughters brithday and stay a most memorable one. It was clean, relaxing, and staff was friendly. Everything was arranged perfectly, the kids enjoyed themselves, food was delicious and pool was relaxing.
