Hyatt Regency Guam

Hyatt Guam is a beautiful hotel made even more desirable based on the service provided by Gabriella Hizon. Would recommend this hotel over all the others in the area based on her personal attention to detail.

Rooms are big. Very clean. Staff is friendly and exceptional. Food is delicious. Phone wasn't working at first, but also kept ringing randomly. Staff came and fixed right away.

Amazing location, wonderful views, central to many options, multiple culinary options, large rooms! Very kind and responsive staff!!

The location of the hotel was excellent with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Additionally hotel is on the beach with all rooms having beach view. Loved the modern look and feel of the lobby area, to include the shops and restaurants. There are five different restaurants from Japanese to Italian to sandwiches and coffee. The pool area is amazing with several different areas to include waterfalls and a little waterslide. Just wished the pool area stayed open longer in the evening, however you have access to the beach 24/7 and can walk the beach to other restaurants. My room was very spacious with two double beds, and a big closet area along with a big bathroom that had a tub and separate shower. I was surprised to see that from the bedroom area you could see right through into the bathroom - there were sliding French type doors to close off the bathroom area. Had lots of towels. The balcony faces the ocean and was very relaxing with chairs and small table. There was a mini refrigerator and safe but no ironing board or iron. Need to call housekeeping to get them. On the 6th floor is the washer and dryers ($4 a load), microwave, ice machine and water to fill up water bottles. Free WiFi. Almost forgot they do have a parking structure and there appeared to be a pickleball/tennis court on the grounds as well. Overall I was impressed with the hotel, room and amenities.

공항픽업 교통편 질의에 대한 이메일 답신(안내)을 못 받아서 도착 당일 자정 넘은 시간에 72달러나 주고 택시 아닌 관광차로 여러 가족들과 한참을 기다려서 다른 호텔 들러 오게됨.
