Beautiful location, friendly receptionists. Only minus point would be the friendliness of the ladies tending bar in the lobby could have been a bit friendlier- especially if there are only a couple of people to serve. For the rest, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

The friendliness of the ladies tending bar in the lobby could have been better. Their mood didn’t quite match the friendly behaviour of the rest of the hotel staff. Can be off putting - had to encourage my Dutch husband to relax and be patient….

Frühstück unter der Woche nur bis 10 Uhr. Das ist einem so gepflegten und auch hochpreisigen Hotel nicht angemessen, bis 10:30 Uhr ist die Norm in solchen Hotels heutzutage.

großartiges Frühstücksbuffet, freundlich-zuvorkommendes Personal, bes. Frau Stella. Sehr angenehm auch frei zugänglicher Kaffee und einige andere Getränke am Nachmittag sowie abendliche Snacks!

Das Schwimmbad war aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten nicht zugänglich..
