Wir waren das erste Mal im Hyatt Mainz. Wir kennen das Hotel sonst nur von Spaziergängen am Rhein. Wir waren angenehm überrascht vom Haus. Es hat alles gepasst. Besonders Lob an das Personal, selten so freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Large, beautiful and clean hotel with a beautiful view of the river. However, they could take better care of their guests when the plumbing renovation is underway, as some rooms had an unbearable smell from the bathroom.
