"Exceptional"

Staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming and beyond friendly the whole stay and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. The hotel was even nicer than I expected and very well located. Rooms are spacious and elevators are fast, this is the first hotel where I felt like I never had to wait for the elevator. I also like that they had garage parking for our car which made us feel more secure.

The only thing that was not up to par was the water pressure in the shower, it was not the worst I’ve experienced but it could be better. Would still stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

"Amazing Stay!"

Rayne, George, and Rachel were amazingly kind and helpful! Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The staff were so understanding and compassionate when I had an incident happen with a bike rental, I'm deeply grateful for that. I was so impressed by them, I will definitely be back. The hotel itself has such a great vibe, too!

"It was a metoker hotel. I liked the pillows the best."

I liked the bed and pillows. The hotel looked cute.

I didn’t like that the hotel advertised having a gym and it doesn’t. You have to walk a couple blocks to 24 Hour Fitness. The heat didn’t work. It appeared they only had air conditioning. I was pretty cold. The food didn’t look appetizing. I didn’t want to eat their breakfast. The staff in the kitchen wasn’t nice to me. I’m suppose to return to Portland in August. I will not stay at Zags. I got an Airbnb instead.
