The staff didn't tell us that we were supposed to tell them if we wanted our room cleaned. We ended up having no towels and uncleaned room our second day . The indicator on the wall inside the room for cleaning is no longer working , therefore they should always brief their guests that it’s upon request .

Nice clean rooms with friendly staff.. very prime location

The hotel is tagged 4 star but it is nothing compared to it .. I mean I come from Europe and standards are pretty high for a 4 star hotel.. this meets nothing of it Water heater missing in room The saddest breakfast i have seen .. just bagel and boiled egg (cold dipped in ice why??) .. no warm food at all .. not worth the money at all

I liked the activities and game room

The AC was not working my whole 4 day stay and the bathroom has a sliding door that doesn’t close all the way so the room gets stuffy quick even with the window open, the roof in the bathroom was flaking off as-well, and after I checked out they called and said they couldn’t check me out until the room was payed for when when I arrived we had a hard time finding the right payment method because they didn’t accept the visa I had so I used another form of payment and at the end it didn’t work, they ended up charging my card repeatedly until my card flagged it as fraud due to multiple replicated charges and now my card is closed and I’m waiting for another one

I didn’t know about the deposit till I arrived

It was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at… The shower was bad (barely any water came out), there was a dog barking in the room above, the pillows were uncomfortable, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, the blanket was very low quality, and the breakfast was very poor (the bread seemed like it was from the day before). I expected a lot from this accommodation—I chose it mainly because of the breakfast, but I was disappointed. The only good thing is the burger and draft beer they sell.
