The staff is cooperative. The location is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. The property is new and well maintained. Clean bathroom

The property was good and had a comfortable stay. It’s family friendly and the staff was good and courteous. Mr Waseem Shaikh at the reception was very helpful and ensured we had a comfortable stay

Good apartment, great value for your money. Wasim was very helpful with all our requests during the stay.

It was roach motel. The first night I walked into the room. There were cockroaches running on the bed. On the floor. In an out of my suitcase. I have videos of the same. The staff had told me that rooms are cleaned every morning but apparently you have to leave the keys which they didn’t inform me about. I had already paid upfront and had extremely busy workdays so couldn’t cancel. Every night I would wake up repeatedly in fear of roaches. The property looks attractive in pictures but it’s terribly maintained with damp walls, crumbling plaster etc. I don’t blame the staff. Absolute apathy from senior management. I should get a full refund for the disgusting and stressful 5 nights I had to endure. And not even one apology.
