Mumbai House Luxury Apartment

Good Setup of rooms. Location also good

Carpet looked very used, kitchen was soso clean. Lot of construction noise from huge construction site next door. No driver cabin. We were there 4 years ago when everything was new. Now the apartments looked rather used and in need of some overhauling, including the very very soft beds.

Very good location and servis. The most important is for forigners, that u can have visitors during a day, which help to see your friends and coworkers if u dont know the City very well.

Aircon in each room (very loud units, but there) Washing machine Cleaning staff and reception all lovely and willing to help.

Advertised come and go as you please, but the gate is closed and locked daily around 10pm. 24/7 reception: not accurate, 2 nights I went down and no one there. No noise proofing and the windows don’t close, so you have the joy of all the external noise being amplified. LOTS of cockroach’s and bugs around the apartment, ants in shower and toilet. No dish liquid to clean up the dishes, including the dirty ones in the draws Cigarette burns in the couch, curtain and dining chairs. On 2 attempts I tried to contact the property on WhatsApp and booking.com, including the night I was locked out of the property after believing it was 24/7 come and go as you wish, but no answer

Room size is comfortable. Kitchen is wel equipped with all necessary utencil. Clean and neet. All staff are wel mannered and co- operative. Good connectivity

Vicinity area some construction going on some heavy equipment digging noise anoing but may be for short duration. Need eye visor in main door .
