Mumbai House Luxury Apartment

The location was good as it was close to the train station and there were a lot of restaurants in close proximity. The staff were nice and friendly.

While the rooms were clean and spacious however there was issues with cockroaches and insects. We had to change our rooms twice as a result.

Cleanliness was not great and considering this says luxury is a complete joke, as luxury would mean it would need to be clean.

the location was very accessible and central to most shopping and good places . was easy to get a Uber or Auto down in the building. Check in and check out was hassel free . Reception staff was efficient and friendly.

tacky furniture , Not so clean bed sheets and bed mattress , i used my own bed sheet . Found Cockroaches everywhere . Construction Next building made it very uncomfortable to stay (this would easily go on for more than 1 year looking at the construction site ). Bathroom equipment mostly rusted , doors and walls unclean . I understand i didn't select a 5 star stay but was not expecting this too considering the rating of 7,6 on booking.com . never even attempted to use the kitchen utensils or the breakfast option .

Staff was nice, location was ok. Living area was spacious.

The bathroom were too small and the toilet seat was fitted so high that when you use it your feet are in the air. Towel were clean but torn. There were no toiletries. Windows were not locking. Even door locks were not working.
