Hyatt Place Minneapolis Airport South

The good first: The hotel room itself was bigger than it looked, 2 full beds with a sofa pull out. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Scrambled eggs, fruit and some sort of bread item was a daily offering. The bad part was outside, the elevator and the halls ways constantly stank of marijuana. People smoking close to the doors and in the elevator. Do whatever but not where people who don't partake have to walk through it. The hotel is under construction/renovation. Be prepared for the noise and even less parking. There is not enough spaces if the hotel is busy. People were parking on the side of the driveway between the front and back lots. Half of the disabled spots are taken up with pallets of building supplies, the workers are parking in other disabled spots without placards or license plates indicating disability. When that was reported to the front desk it was pretty much ignored.

Early morning stay. I got lost looking for the “hotel shuttles” at MSP. The driver called to make sure everything was ok, as he was expecting us. Check in was very easy. The staff was gentle with my sleep deprived brain.

Needed a room last minute very happy that I picked this hotel. The location to the airport was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a list of places to eat and also places that would deliver to the hotel. We ended up getting pizza delivered and it was very good. The best thing was our shuttle driver Vic he was so friendly and helpful. He was took us to the Mall of America and the airport. He was always so friendly. I definitely recommend staying here and if I ever come back will stay here again.

Staff was wonderful! The shuttle to the airport and proximity to MSP were our main reasons for booking there. They serve fab drinks at the bar and everything was very clean. 10/10!

My partner and I stayed for a night after my sister’s wedding- we had an amazing stay! The receptionist was kind enough to help us check-in at 11am. Richard, the lovely bartender, gave us incredible service, recommendations, and quality conversation. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to MSP.

Schwimmbad war wegen Reparaturarbeiten geschlossen. Mir wurde im Nachgang 14,- Dollar auf der Kreditkarte belastet ohne Angabe für was. Auf Nachfrage direkt beim Hotel aber auch bei Booking keinerlei Rückantwort hierzu erhalten.

La ubicación y tenía una habitación bastante espaciosa , los shuttles al aeropuerto y al mall de América fueron muy útiles

A la llegada nos dieron una habitación que estaba sucia y después de hablar con el personal la cambiaron, estaba en remodelacim
