I needed plastic silverware . I was told it’s locked up….had to go back out to get plastic silverware to eat our dinner.

Your coffee pods dont fit the coffee pots in the room. But the coffee downstairs more than makes up for it.

Broken tiles on bathroom floor trim on bathroom door missing nasty stains all over the carpet would not walk on floor without shoes on dust everywhere crumbs all over the coffee pot stand loud like they were having a parking lot party when I said something about it to front desk they said well they will stop sometime breakfast was nasty paid extra to get the food ate 2 sausage links an about puked

The bathroom wasn't suitable for senior adults.the toilet waste low and there's no safety bars in the showrrs.

The location and the staff there are great. The free breakfast was great even for my picky eaters.

The room was dated. I reserved a room for two queens, but they had rented all those rooms out by the time I had arrived. Luckily they still had a single king room available, but what is the point in reserving rooms if they will be taken by other guests? The room was clean, but you could tell that it was old and needs to be updated. Stains in the carpet, light fixtures not working, bathtub with soap scum, etc.

Stains on the walls beds and couch. Musty smell in the room. Absolutely filthy and old. Old dirty carpet. Cracks up the walls. Brown stains splattering the walls. Brown stains on the couch. DO NOT STAY HERE.
