Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

The design of the building's and arrangement in-the resort with all the facilities . The variety of the food and anytime you could find something to eat We could wait in the lobby with use of facilities before we went to the airport I was in a wheelchair and you're hotel employees were friendly and helpfull

The check-in was ok but the waiting time before the room was ready took almost 2 hours and we had to ask at the reception The quest lift was not working and we had to use the staff lift where it was dark at night

This resort met my all of my expectations. Everything was amazing views, food, entertainment. I love it here.

They can definitely upgrade the mattress and coffee machines in the rooms.

The staff were extremely hospitable and the food was amazing.

Staff was not friendly and apparently seemed unable to smile at Asian Persons but only friendly towards White Caucasians
