Clarion Inn Garden City

was a good location and great place to stay

Staff was professional and courteous. Bathroom and beds were small. Outside entrance to rooms had a foul odor.

The lady in the from counter mess up my room . Dint not got room service. My room ley stop working on my 2 day stay. 😒lost time from my life due to counter team member not going her job right.

Unfortunately, on the day we arrived, the air conditioner was not working. However, the staff had done everything they could to keep the temperature in hotel down. So we were still able to sleep in a 72° room. The staff were very accommodating and apologize for the inconvenience.

Staff was courteous and immediately gave us another room. Our initial room had a waste basket catching an AC drip from the ceiling. I was offered help to move, but I declined. It was a bit of a hassle with 2 grandkids and a dog. The room was OK, but there was only 1 accessible outlet. The bathroom was tiny. To make it worse, the stool was 6" to 8" from the wall behind it, putting it virtually in the middle of the room. Like between the sink and the tub/shower. I would have rated this lower if not for the assistance from staff in changing my room as quickly as they did.

Room ac did not work.. hallways and room smelled like cat pee.

Check in was weird, lady was not friendly at all. Then my friend was checking in right next to me and she had a much nicer person. If you dislike your job QUIT!

You could here all the noise from the other rooms

Staff was pleasant and despite being graduation weekend it was very quiet. Yay!
