The check-in clerk didn't want to talk. Put me on the second floor. The hotel was cleaning or move thing out of another room. Had two mattresses on the porch and I had to climb over to get to my room. I didn't stay for the night left as soon as I could find me another room. Will not every stay at a super 8 hotel again. Thank you very much. And I don't know if I will continue using Expedia for my vacation needs.

I was told there was NO breakfast because they are under construction! If I had known no breakfast, I would have booked at another hotel. The desk clerk was not sympathetic. He said if we wanted we could get a refund and go somewhere else. I could barely understand him with such a thick accent. After driving all day from Bristol, TN, my brother-in-law and I decided to stay. No breakfast meant added expense for 2 breakfasts (2 days) for 3 people.
USHotel is dated, but room was very clean, comfortable and had everything you need for an overnight stay. Only complaint is the hotel description advertised a breakfast being included, but it is not. After looking throught the reviews after-the-fact, this has been brought to their attention in most of the reviews in the past few years, with only a generic response to those complaints, but the hotel information has not been corrected. It is a discount hotel, so you can't expect much, but if you don't offer it, don't advertise it. Overall, a good stay here though.
The room was what you would normally expect for a Super 8. The main surprise was that you cannot check in after 1 am until early the next morning. We were only stopping for one night on a longer trip and arrived at 12:10 am. I saw the hours open sign in the lobby and asked the night manager what happens if someone arrives after 1 am. He said that they would have to find another place to stay and their money would be refunded. I said we did not see this online when we booked it that evening and he said that it just started this week and that it takes about a month to get the websites updated.
