Complete s hole. Broken stairs, elevator broken, room constantly had smoke smell coming through the vent in the bathroom. No cleaning service. Just a terrible hotel

I canceled my stay
This hotel was under construction when I arrived and I was 30 minutes early from check in and I’ll, so the hotel asked for $23 early check in fee which I refused. I called Travelocity and they agreed to a refund, now since they have not I disputed it with my credit card company which stated Travelocity refused a refund. I’m a military veteran, I never checked into the establishment or signed for a room but you are content to keeping what little I receive monthly refuse a refund. I will google review and warn others so they don’t make the same mistake t I made and the hotel is under severe construction with horrible money hungry owners. Shame on you for putting them under your company name. This is deeply disappointing and disturbing for all consumers
They have scammy vibes
I have stayed in this hotel many times when it was a La Quinta and several times in the past couple years. The current management and staff leave a lot to be desired! My wife and I were traveling in different cars. I was about three hours behind her. The very rude young man at the desk would not let her check in since the room was in my name. I even called to verify who I was. I called the 800 Reservation desk and they told me that she should have been able to check in. Because she was tired she rented another room. We learned that the office closes at 7 p.m. and does not open until 8 a.m. the next morning. No one is onsite to address any emergency or security issue. Also, they do not serve breakfast! We will never stay in this hotel again. If you look at the good reviews they were all done a year or more ago. Recent reviews are similiar to this one!
