Good for the price.

The lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude, when we got here our room was dirty had hair all over the beds and knats swarmed the room all night, it was dusty and the tub was filthy had to take the top blanket off it had cigarette smoke and burns all over it. Room was not cleaned we found a vibrator under our mattress. Very disappointed for one night I had to stay and I will not return

Good stay for the price. Far from Downtown but plenty of good dining option close by

I was never able to check in, no one was there at the front desk, no one answered phones, no response to messages sent to the property and the property has yet to respond.

It wasn't what they showed online there was a bunch of people sitting outside smoking weed there was a guy sitting on the stairs with a gun the beds were hard and it's stunk in here

The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The headboards were beautiful paintings of places in Arkansas. The towels and washcloths were arranged aesthetically. They have a micro-fridge and microwave. The air conditioner was set to 70 when I got in the room, so it was very comfortable. The hotel is located just a block from the entrance to two interstate highways. There is also an Exxon gas station right in the same parking lot as the hotel.

The booking advertisement and the confirmation email I received both said that breakfast was included in the reservation, but when we asked about it, they said they do not serve breakfast. It's not a problem not to serve breakfast. It's a problem to say you do when you don't. There is construction going on, but to be honest, I didn't even notice it until the following morning as we were leaving.
