St. Augustine Island Inn

The covers, towels, and carpets were not clean and they have huge stains and scorch that was probably because of smoking. The bathroom is not clean. There is no enough soap or shampoo. Even if we have enough of it, their quality is no good! The only thing that is good about the hotel is its location. Except for the location, unfortunately, it is a mess and a waste of money (really!). The people at the registration were helpful, smiling, and friendly. This comment is not about them but the hotel's conditions.

We were staying just for a night and basically just a place to sleep. We were gone off the property during the day. It was a good place to stay.

It’s location is awesome it’s walking distance from the beach and it’s relatively close to downtown.The room has a good amount of space and the beds are clean.

I would have wished the bathrooms to be a big bigger they don’t give you towels nor do they have any at the pool so I would suggest bringing your own. The bed is not soft is very stiff. They don’t have the fridge nor the microwave plugged in before entering.

Good place. Old but clean and quiet. Very nice people running the place.

THIS WAS MY 3RD OR 4TH STAY AT THE ISLAND INN. THE STAFF HAS TREATED ME WELL FROM THE BEGINNING . I WILL CHOOSE THIS FOR ANY STAY IN ST AUGUSTINE.

How the owners treated guess 😕 The gentlemen made it a big deal because one of the Woman who's there for a week left there lounge chair in the spot she was lying in and the gentleman/ owner bitches and complained about her not putting where she got it from very rudely loud enough where my family and I heard it. Not cool and very unprofessional
