Location was great for us.

The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. However the man was very short. Also the bedroom/bathroom design was odd. It was okay. Just odd.

Nothing everything is old inside this rooms

This is a Ma and Pa operation run by a couple. It's basically a two person operation, they run the desk, clean the rooms, do the landscaping and clean pool. Its chief value is that it's quite inexpensive, but fairly bare bones, Very clean rooms. No decorations or art in the room. But it's comfortable, albeit dated. Very small bathroom (even in the "executive suite"). But the couple is very friendly, and caring, and tries very hard. They want their customers to be satisfied So, if you're on a budget, and having a short stay, good choice on Anastasia Beach, practically next-door to a very nice park with a boardwalk that gives beach access.

Great place, Clean , nice pool , steps from the beach, beautiful scenery and location, run by lovely hard working people. Rooms are comfy and quiet with fridge and microwave, showers work good super hot water and great water pressure . Reasonable rates for an impeccable location
