The area that easy excess

The room was not clean. We stayed for 2 nights. Cleaning (housekeeping) for the sack of cleaning. Not clean. Chuck my pillow that i brought never put back on the bed

Wow! And double wow! Maybe we have a mindset of twenty years ago where it was just a small town. When we arrived late at night, it’s like a comfort meeting exhaustion. This hotel has such a welcoming impact that we felt immediately at home. The lobby is simple yet welcoming . As we walk to the hotel, everything is clean and smell good. The room is another level of comfort. It’s respectful of the occupants. The bed comes with two pillows(my favourite) and the bed is sturdy. The bathroom equip with clean white towels. Toothbrush, shower cap, soap and surprisingly a comb(not the norm for 3star hotel )especially in a small town I did not expect this. Mineral water , iron & iron board , hairdryer & electrical pot is available . They also give bathroom slippers. It’s situated very near the Kluang Train station too. The shower splashing strong jet of water to a tired body which is a blessing. Don’t fund this in many 3star hotels. For safety, they have the handle right beside the bathtub. Very safe to climb in and out of the bathtub. Directly opposite the hotel, there is a 7eleven and a McDonald nearby too. It is a must stay hotel if you are in Kluang.

Staffs are very helpful and polite.
