We paid before arriving. But upon arrival the manager informed us that they didn’t receive the payment. They demanded another payment and promised to reimburse us if the first payment came through. They didn’t do this. I’ve contacted them but they are not responding anymore… so very bad service.

location is ok with parking (first come first served)

noisy - traffic, cars, motorbikes were so loud room soundproofing between each room - everytime the next door rooms turn on the tap it's super loud wifi - barely works cleanliness - room and bathroom was not clean For RM168/night in Kluang you'd expect better
