Room was clean and comfortable, enjoyed the pool, friendly staff.

Nice stay but noisy neighbors

Bistro was closed and balcony was closed without prior knowledge

The biggest negative for me was my experience on the elevator. I thought it was going to stop and not open. It dropped a couple times. I used the stairs except with my bags. The staff was helpful. The room was odd...the floor was slanted, and I felt like I was walking up and downhill across the room. I slept fine and felt safe, but I the elevator and slanted floors concerned me.

Hotel had newer carpet and seemed clean. Sheets and bed were clean and comfy . We sleep very good. Tub a little old , but everything else looked good. It was clean.

Holli did a great job welcoming me during check in! She was friendly, kind, & a the perfect example of one of the reasons I stay at Marriott hotels. Thank you!

Night manager/front desk workers.

Imagine driving 3.5 hours and walking into a Hotel Lobby to check in at 9pm and 50 of your friends greet you with a "Happy Birthday cheer!" Followed by a Hotel worker (Main Desk) yelling back to "keep it down or else she's going to call the police and have them arrested"..Followed by telling one of our 30 parents staying at the hotel, "to go f--k themselves". You can't make this shit up, bc if I had it on video I'd be Tic Tok famous..

Clean, friendly staff, good location.

The pool was very cold, too cold to swim. The king bed was well worn, so much so it was uncomfortable and probably is in need of replacement. For as much as I paid I was not expecting these issues.
