The location was great for an early flight. We appreciated the shuttle to the airport. Bed was comfortable. The happy hour looked great!

The shower, the temperature was cold then hot. The water pressure was ok.

Buyer beware: We never used this room. As Hilton very possibly knows, there are 3 Double Tree by Hilton properties associated with the San Francisco airport. This can be confusing to travelers. We inadvertently arrived at a different Double Tree by Hilton San Francisco airport as the shuttle to South Airport Blvd was no longer running & we took the only Double Tree by Hilton San Francisco airport shuttle that came by in 45 minutes. Once we realized we were not at the Double Tree by Hilton San Francisco airport where we had made the reservation, we called to cancel. Double Tree by Hilton South Airport Blvd refused to cancel. Surely they didn't expect a good survey.

Very close to the airport, making it very convenient for early or late flights

There’s no bellboy who helped with the heavy luggage, as well as when the shuttle arrived. I feel like the hotel location is not as strategic as it could be, maybe surrounded by convenient store will be so much helpful.
