We were in a handicapped room. I might have accidentally booked it but I would’ve thought they would ask me and switch our room.

Very cheap renovations, loose electrical sockets, A/C that warms rather than cools the room, etc. Was not recognized as a Diamond member upon check-in and was not told that the Hilton daily food and beverage credit only applies to the restaurant and not the market/store items. I have stayed at 20+ Hilton properties this year and this is the first time the credit did not apply to these items. Keep in mind, a cheap owner most often translates to a cheap hotel (not the cost but rather the material, fixtures and upkeep of the property) and this is what this hotels exemplifies. Many other, much better options in the area.
