Close to my destination

My entire experience from check in to the room was very disappointing. I discussed with manager on duty did very little to help.

My stay was okay. The receptionist was out when I arrived and I had to wait 10 minutes for the person to return. The receptionist did give me the quietist room possible, but there was a lot of noise from the guests and the freeway.
