"Bad experience"

The staff was polite and professional

We been in this hotel several times, but this time was not the best, we do the check-in after 11:30 PM, carpet room was so dirty, the cortains were ripped, the tub plastic mat was ripped too, 15 minutes after the check out, our son tells us that He feels like a mosquito bite during night and we asked him where was the bites, When He show us all his stomach , back and arms we saw a skin allergy reaction, we go back with the manager and asked him if we can check the room, to look for any spider, bed bugs or something, but nothing, anyway was a so bad experience

Breakfast was amazing. My family was so happy to have a real breakfast. The location is perfect 👌

I'd like to see a pool put in the hotel. Other then that everything is good.
