Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Batesville

Pleasant staff at check in. We were late and called twice and spoke with staff to keep updated.

Dirty sock in our room

Breakfast was okay.

The room had dirty was cloths from the previous visitor, along with some of his belongings he had left behind. our door had a huge gap at the top so we still had noise from other guest, and as soon as we walked into the lobby the staff member said “I hate walk-ins” they seemed so inconvenienced that we arrived to our reservation. The staff member checking us in could only type with one finger. Not one hand. One finger. I won’t be booking again.

Easy, clean, and the guy at the front desk was very helpful

Everything was good except for the first night the room next door had very loud music and screaming but after that everything was good would come back.

Convenient location and friendly staff.

Hallway carpets were quite dirty. Found bugs in room, bathroom smelled like mildew.

Very clean, very friendly staff wonderful breakfast late check out.

Good location for a stopping point, right off the interstate .

I specifically picked this hotel because we needed a good stopping point for the kids to wind down for the evening & the pool was a must! I actually paid for 2 separate rooms for our family of 6 just so we could have the indoor pool. The pool ended up being disgusting, green and a total waste of money! The hotel isn't much to talk about the rooms could stand to be updated but the common area is nice. The receptionist stays in a room to the right of the desk in the pitch dark playing on her phone, took a while for her to realize I was even there. She was nice when she realized, but this happened twice unfortunately.
