Red Roof Inn & Suites San Angelo

The room was dirty,they also had roaches. Doors do not close correctly. Will not stay here again. The other guests where very noisy.

First off I booked a superior king suite! Was given a 2 bed double room that was cockroaches infest, with no coffee in room, food was left in the fridge from previous people so the room stunk! The bathroom was dirty, the linens were not laundered the whole room had not even been cleaned AT ALL! My anxiety was thru the roof I couldn’t even sleep because of the cockroaches when I called to complain I had to use my phone because there was no phone in the room either! We had to choice but to stay because of the inclement weather situation roads were closed, people were getting in accidents all over town and I was not going to risk my life! I filed a complaint with the Better business bureau!!! And I’m waiting on my complete refund!!!

Since there was an event in San Angelo that I didn't know about, this was my only real choice. From nail polish, bleach spots and cigarette burns on the coverlet, to a mildew infested bathtub, to a dirty night stand and the remains of a previous tenant on the headboard, THIS PLACE HAS IT ALL! Nastiness in so many different ways. Why would you not want to stay here. For $80 a night, what a rip-off. If I had known in advance it was going to be this nasty, I would have just driven back to Midland! Avoid at all costs, and Red Roof you should really inspect this dive.

Room was very nasty mold in the tub, room smelled like smoke bedding was dirty absolutely disgusting

The room was so so bad !!! Pictures were not accurate AT ALL . There was weird grease spots on the wall and holes that had been puttied but not painted. The bathtub was so so gross not sure the last time it had been cleaned ! I really wonder if the holes in the wall weren’t bullet holes ! Never ever again will I stay at a red roof inn !!!!

f85 look like it had not been cleaned whatsoever they was trash and the TV was on when we walked in. some of the lights didn’t work there was cobwebs and there was even a cockroach on the table never coming again. did not feel safe whatsoever.

Window customer service satisfaction! Received smoking room when ask for non- smoking. I’m glad I carry a can of frebreeze with me. Told customer service, really didn’t care. After driving 800 miles too tired too move. This place was filthy, soiled bedspreads, old clean towels with stains,dust everywhere, bathroom fan and light not working, old fixed leaked ceiling stains and falling ceiling. Sheets clean with holes. During a pandemic, when occupancy is low . Rooms should be clean and ready to see customers. Either they do not care or cannot afford to take pride in the Red Roof Inn name.

This hotel has dirty stain sheets and comforters. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. I’m waiting for refund on hotel San Angelo Red Roof to credit my credit card back. I hope they credit my card. I went back on Expedia and booked La Quinta Inn.

It was a trash hotel no towels in the room and smelled bad well never stay at it again snd will protect everyone i know from staying there

The place looks like it is falling apart in places, there seemed to be a lot of shady people around. The heater did not work, there was loud music every night. We killed a couple of roaches. I will not stay there again.
