Red Roof Inn & Suites San Angelo

As soon as we walked in, a roach on the table, on the bed sheets and in the tub....the whole room smelled like cigarettes!....NEVER COMING BACK!

I would not recommend a dog staying here. I property is dirty. It has roaches. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful..

Room had roaches. No towels in room. Toliet had side handle when was a push down flush system nd wouldnt flush unless you had the back lid off. Other wise not to bad

We tried to stay at the San Angelo property. It was two night reservation. Check in went well. The clerk was very nice. The room however was awful! We walked in and my husband started killing roaches right away. I called the front desk and he brought us some spray. Then the tv didn’t work. Then I saw something crawling on the bed and I was done. We were able to get a refund and went on down the road. We were on the ground floor, so maybe 2nd story rooms are better? I don’t know, but we won’t be back. Oh and the bathroom floor was worse than the bugs. We’ve stayed in many RRI’s, as a matter of fact, I am typing this from our RRI room in Denton, TX. This was property is nice, clean and very pleasant. L

This hotel is OK for stop over only. It is in real need of maintenance. Or at least the room I was in. Part of ceiling falling, Floor needs a good cleaning. Bed linen had multiple stains. Other things the front desk personnel was able to remedy.

Horrible hotel. Roaches everywhere. Bed full of bugs and dirt. Drawers had high heels in them. With roaches in every drawer. Tv didn’t work. Horrible smell as soon as you walk in.

We were extremely disappointed. We've stayed in Red Roof Inns and have always enjoyed a clean, quiet relaxing stay. This inn, had cockroaches crawling on the walls and inside the drawers. There were 2 prostitutes actively working in the hotel parking lot and rooms. In addition, at 1:45 AM a loud party started above our room that lasted until after 3:30 despite calling the manager. This party extended from the 2nd floor into the parking lot. When I got up in the morning, there were cigarette butts all on top of and around my car from being flicked off the balcony. Extremely disappointed and NOT safe for small children.

The eoom was unsanitary finger prints on the headboard and mirror, spider webs with spiders in the rokm and roaches in the bathroom.

The location is not the best, and there were several holes punched in the wall and ceiling.

The owner and his wife are extremely disrespectful. Check out time is until 11 they both walk into a room at anytime 9:00 9:30 and they're extremely rude I would never book there again. 2 thumbs down
