Alice Motor Inn

Arrived at approx 3.45pm, had been advised via sms that the reception was closed mid afternoon, but a car gate code given and keys were supposed to be in a key box. The gate code was wrong no keys were found however a receptionist came and she then advised the room was not ready despite it is advertised available from 2 pm.Condition of the place has no resemblance to photos on Hotel.com web page and can only be described as disappointing and well below what you expect of budget accommodation. Rubbish everywhere on the grounds and the room in desperate need of maintenance! The only positive to say is that the receptionist/manager was friendly and apologetic, she appeared to be the one that had to do it all and was clearly struggling.

Don't bother staying at this motel. arrived and room was not made up and this was at 16.oohrs. place was a disgraceful. Key left in the key box and codes for entry which we couldn't understand. Much nicer place was found.

I did not stay and have asked for a refund. The place was terrible. The reception was unattended and the key left for me in the drop box was to another guests room. I was unable to contact anyone for assistance. From what i saw of the room the place needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Do not stay there.

This is a decent hotel in a safe, quiet area. It needs a deep clean.

Close to town centre, secure and Safe parking, reasonable rates , public transport stop right out front

The local children were trying to break in to the camping trailer while we were trying to get the key from tbe late arrival safe. No where to park securely we had to find other accommodation so we didn't have the camper trailer ransacked

Stayed here for an night, exceeded our expectations! Great value for money!! Ammenities where great, close to the town centre, friendly and helpful staff! Would definitely stay here again! Family friendly too!!

A little walk out of the main town, but had everything you need for a short stay in Alice Springs.

room was ok but kitchen area was a disgrace not very clean at all in fact there was flies everywhere even in the butter
